- Plugged A Dogs life rescue when asked about his dogs being rescued, and said though he appreciates the gifts people give him it would be great if people donated to them instead.

- On days off, if he's on his own (usually will be because it means Jensen will be working instead) he'll take the dogs for a run and work out, then drink wine and eat steak in the evening. He and Jensen had a day off at the same time when Misha was doing 4.20 and they didn't know what to do. "Should we go to the set...?"
- He stole the Impala emblem off the steering wheel when they were filming 1.22. It was 3am and he didn't know if they would get S2, so he stole it as a souvenir. He seemed quite pleased with himself!
